(Charlotte County)- On May 10, 2016 at 9:00 am, the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners will be issuing a proclamation declaring May 17, 2016 as Peace Officer’s Day in honor of our fallen officers. This will be a great honor bestowed upon those who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
This meeting will be held in the County Administration Building, 18500 Murdock Circle, Building “A”. Sheriff Bill Prummell and members of the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office would be honored to have our friends from the Media and General Public attend this event and stand with us during this humbling moment.
