The annual use fees shall be distributed to the Police and Kids Foundation, Inc., which may use a maximum of 10 percent of the proceeds to promote and market the plate. The remainder of the proceeds shall be used by the Police and Kids Foundation, Inc., to invest and reinvest, and the interest earnings shall be used for the operation of the Police and Kids Foundation, Inc.
The cost of the presale voucher is $25, plus registration service fees.
