This workshop is a collaborative effort between the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Regional Domestic Security Task Force (FDLE RDSTF), and the Region Six Information eXchange (RSIX). It is designed to increase cyber security awareness for IT managers and directors. The workshop will include discussions concerning preventing cyber crimes, tools and resources available for your organization to “harden” your system, and “Building the Human Firewall”.

The workshop will be held in the Wright Brothers room located inside the Lee County Port Authority Offices which are on the third floor of the Southwest Florida International Airport (11000 Terminal Access Road, Fort Myers, FL 33913). To access the third floor of the airport terminal building, take the elevator across from the entrance to C Concourse to the third floor. Parking for the training will be in the Short Term parking lot on the THIRD deck. Bring your parking ticket with you to the training to have your parking validated.
